Custom Embodiment Journeys

I talk a lot about the importance of beliefs or more specifically the alignment of your conscious and subconscious beliefs.

Getting what you want (or where you want) starts with the belief that what you want is possible. If your subconscious is not convinced that you can and will have what you desire (because your desire is here for a reason), this minimises the chances of you getting there.

One of the best tools to achieve this alignment between conscious and subconscious mind is to embody your future, the one where you have reached your goal, in a state of deep focus. In this state, the subconscious mind does not fully understand that this is just a practice and so the more it experiences the future, the more it thinks that this future is already taking place— and therefore possible.

I offer custom embodiment journeys, which are meditations with elements from hypnosis, so you can embody your future as often as you like.

How to get a custom embodiment journey:

1. You schedule a free non-binding call with me.

2. In the call, we will go through the different elements of your goal / vision / ideal future as well as what’s holding you back. I’ll also give you ideas on when and how to use your embodiment journey best!

3. About a week after your payment, you will receive your custom embodiment journey as an audio file to repeat as often as you like.
