GET STARTED WITH HYPNOSIS
I love hypnosis, because it is so simple, safe and gives rapid results that last! Therefore I designed the “Hypnotic Initiation” Starter Package for those of you who want to explore this incredible method for working with the subconscious mind.
After a free discovery call, where we can clarify any questions you might have, we will sit down to discuss your goals for the hypnosis sessions. You will then receive a recording of a personalized hypnosis (like a guided meditation) to listen to at home as often as you like, so you get used to my voice. Next, we meet for two live hypnosis sessions, where we can work in more detail on the different aspects of your situation. Afterwards, you can continue with the recording, which allows you to deepen the results.

According to a meta-study hypnosis gets results in 93% of cases after an average of only 6 sessions (traditional psychotherapy scores a 38% success rate after 600 sessions and behavioral therapy 72% success rate after 22 sessions).

Hypnosis is a state of deep focus and relaxation—nothing unusual, really! Remember being immersed in a really good book or Netflix show, where you lose track of time and everything else fades into the background? That’s the same state as hypnosis, except you’re focused on my voice and your inner experience.

No, you remain fully aware and in control during hypnosis. Unfortunately, it’s a common myth—largely influenced by stage hypnosis—that people lose control, but this isn’t true! Stage hypnotists choose participants who are willing to play along. In reality, hypnosis is like following a GPS: you listen to my voice for guidance, but you can choose to not follow along at any time. You will never do anything against your morals, ethics, or values.

No, you remain in full control of what you say. You won’t reveal secrets or share anything you wouldn’t normally share with me. In fact, your mind stays very aware and protective of your personal boundaries.

Yes, you will remember everything. Some details may fade, but that’s only because your brain has a lot to process. And if you’d like, I can also provide you with a recording of the session.

No, it’s impossible to get stuck in hypnosis. If a session were to end unexpectedly, you would either wake up on your own or naturally transition into a relaxed state before returning to full awareness—just like waking up from a nap.

Everyone can experience hypnosis! Some people enter a hypnotic state more easily than others, but even a light trance can be highly effective. All you need to do is close your eyes, listen to my voice, and stay open to the experience.

Absolutely! You don’t have to "believe" in hypnosis for it to work (why would you be fully convinced before even trying it?!). As long as you’re open to the process, that’s all that’s needed. However, hypnosis isn’t a method where “I fix you”—it’s a collaborative process, so you need to be genuinely willing to make changes in your life (this also makes it such a great empowering tool, because you will see how powerful you are to make changes yourself!).

Often, just a few sessions are enough. Many people see results after 1-2 sessions, that’s why I designed the starter pack around that. However, some situations require 5-7 sessions for lasting results. This has nothing to do with your ability to change—so I encourage you to stay open without pressuring yourself. If you feel you need more sessions after the starter package, you can always book more And be warned—you might get hooked and continue improving different areas of your life once you see how powerful hypnosis can be!

I’d say it’s even more effective. Since you’re in the comfort of your own home, this makes it even easier for you to relax. Plus, listening to my voice on headphones you will hear less background noise. Most of the time you will have your eyes closed anyways, so why not do it where you feel most at ease.
All you need is: a stable internet connection, headphones, a quiet place where you will be undisturbed and can lie down (a couch or bed is usually a good option).

HOW THIS WORKS
Before we start: Free discovery call
We always start out with a free and non-binding discovery call, because I think it’s important for you to have a real-life impression of me and to clarify any questions you might have before getting started. It’s also the place to ask me all remaining questions you might have about hypnosis.
1. Goal clarification call
In the call, we will clarify your goals and what you want to work on in hypnosis (if time permits, we could do that during the discovery call already). We will also discuss the approach and which aspects of your situation we’ll look at.
2. Your first hypnosis
I will prepare a short personalized hypnosis for you (like a guided meditation) and send you the recording. You can listen to it in the comfort of your own home (more than once if you like), so you’re already used to my voice when we go into the live sessions. After the live sessions you can continue with the recording to deepen the results.
3. Two live hypnosis sessions
We meet online (Google Meet or Zoom) for two live session at least one week apart. Each session will be about one hour long (could be shorter or longer). All you need are headphones and a quiet place. In between sessions, we can keep in touch via Whatsapp or Voxer.
